Built in early 2024, a cozy, well-equipped and modern cottage in Laanila, about 3 km from the center of Saariselkä. The cottage is in a quiet location and is well connected to skiing, cycling and outdoor trails. Ski slopes are located in Saariselkä. There is a ski bus on the road adjacent to the cottage, as well as a bus connection to Ivalo Airport.
Downstairs of the cottage is a bedroom with a double bed. On the lower floor there is also a luxurious toilet and shower room, as well as a sauna. The kitchen, dining area and living room are one spacious space that overlooks the back terrace and the forest landscape. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality and modern appliances. It is possible to have a highchair for the duration of the reservation upon request at the time of
booking.Upstairs there is a spacious loft with 3 beds. Easily accessible stairs take you upstairs
.The cabin has mechanical ventilation, underfloor heating and an air heat pump. In addition to the cottage there is an outdoor storage room, where you can store, for example, winter outdoor equipment
.Depending on the season, the rental price is 620-1200 €/week, 400-650 €/day. The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels between 1 November and 30 April. In summer/autumn, the rent does not automatically include cleaning and linen. If you wish, you can ask the landlord for the availability of cleaning separately.
