Kuukkeli Log Houses Villa Aurora is located at the edge of the forest, on the shore of a small natural pond. In addition to the two bedrooms, the cottage has an open kitchen and dining area, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom and a sauna.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the room rate.
The property's proximity to nature feels like you're in a hideaway, in your own peace and away from everyday life.
In the courtyard of the cottage there is also a separate, small sauna building and in summer time a wood-burning sauna is available for guests. A traditionally heated sauna and a dip in the pond are quite a unique experience in the Saariselkä area. On the shore of the pond there is also a large pier with outdoor furniture and on the wall of the cottage there is an outdoor terrace with electric grill.
The centre of Saariselkä is about 2.5 km away.
The cottage is not on public transport routes, but in winter you can heat your own car using an outdoor power plug. Hiking trails to Uk Park and in winter the ski trails in the Saariselkä area leave almost from the cottage's door. Smoking is prohibited in the cabin
