Ruskapeikko is located near trails and outdoor trails in Laanila, Saariselkä. The apartment is designed for your own use, so you can find everything you need for a comfortable and functional cottage holiday. The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a spacious loft with standing height. Terraces can be found on both the front and backyard sides
.Cross-country trails, outdoor trails as well as mountain biking trails depart from the backyard. After the outdoor activities, it is nice to enjoy the steam in the sauna. Outdoor clothing is allowed to be washed and dried in a tumble dryer for the next outing. A drying cabinet can also be found in the bathroom. The Ski Bus runs along Laanilantie and the bus stop
is 100m from the apartment.Ruskapeikko is equipped so that the necessary places to stay, as well as, for example, dishes are enough for eight people. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, electric mixer and serving dishes. The toilet has a hairdryer and a performance iron. For guests with children there is a travel cot and a high chair. The travel bed fits well in both bedrooms and, if necessary, also in the loft. All beds and furniture have been renovated in April 2024.
In the living room there is a storage fireplace, as well as an air heat pump (for heating). The bedrooms are darkened by curtains and the entire apartment has louvered blinds. WiFi is available in the apartment, so you can use the Smart TV to watch streaming services. Remote work is also
The apartment includes a carport with an electrical outlet. The power plug is only for heating the car, not for charging an electric or hybrid car. Firewood is at the back of the carport.
Final cleaning 105€ for an additional fee. Bed linen if needed 21€/person. If no final cleaning has been carried out, a cleaning fee of 150€ will be charged afterwards.
It isnot allowed to bring pets into the apartment. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment
