Satumaa is the apartment of a terraced house, at the slope of Etelärinne. Location close to the services of Saariselkä, but in quiet place close to nature. The apartment is 50m² in size + loft 30m². Downstairs there are two bedrooms, the larger one has a 140cm wide double bed and the smaller one has a single bed. The full-height loft has four beds. Downstairs there is a sauna room, a separate toilet and a living room and kitchen. The sauna offers access to a large cooling terrace.
The laundry facilities include a washing machine and a drying machine. In the living room is fireplace to create an atmosphere, firewood is included in the price. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and utensils. The dining table can accommodate up to five people at a time.
The apartment includes a parking place with electrity (only for heating the car) and there is a ski service room in the courtyard.
The rent includes final cleaning.
Bed linen for an extra charge of 20€/person, please inform at the time of booking if you need (for bookings starting within less than two weeks, we are unable to deliver sheets).
Welcome to Satumaa and pets are also welcome (pet fee 30€/pet)!
Please contact us if you would like to book a week for a shorter or longer period. In high season, only a full week's rental is possible and the exchange date in high season is always on Saturday.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThe booking agent must be of age (18 years of age). The booking fee is 20% of the total rental. The rest of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before the actual vacation time. Holiday home keys found in holiday home from the key box next to the front door with a key code, to which the code is entered before the start of the rental period. If the client does not return the keys to the holiday home or can be looked at having lost them through negligence, will be charged to the client for the holiday home the actual cost of replacing the locks. The holiday home may be used by a maximum of the number of persons indicated the number of beds and what holiday home is agreed upon when booking. Please note that pets should be brought to the holiday home at the time of booking. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. In the event of force majeure, the landlord may cancel the reservation on a case-by-case basis. The customer is therefore entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Failure to pay is not a cancellation. If the rental has to be suspended due to the customer's complaint, the fees will not be refunded.
