large windows of Kesäranta, renovated in 2006, offer beautiful views of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The area of the cottage is about 60 m2. In addition, the rental includes a separate, small wood-burning beach sauna with a dressing room with a stove and a sofa.
The cottage has a living-kitchen, separate bedroom, sleeping area, shower, toilet and terrace. Sleeping areas in the cottage can be found for 6 people (double bed, bunk bed, 2 single beds). In addition, the cottage has a sofa bed. The cottage is built on a slope plot of about 2000 square meters and has a child-friendly sandy beach and pier. The rental includes a rowing boat and firewood. The cottage and sauna are part of the municipal water supply system. Neighbors are nearby, but the place is peaceful

Shower and indoor toilet, electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tableware, coffee maker, electric kettle, TV, radio, vacuum cleaner, fireplace, firewood and charcoal grill. Cooling/heating air heat pump.
There is a boat landing place nearby for fishermen if you want to bring your own boat.
The cottage is well suited as a base for ice fishing in winter. Pyhäjärvi is known for its large perches. Pike is also very good and whitefish can also be caught by fishing right near the cottage beach. In summer, a sup board with paddles is also available upon request. The outdoor trails of the Virttaanharju are about 10 km from the cottage.
The cottage has bedding, i.e. blankets and pillows. Bed linen, sheets and towels are not included in the price. The price does not include final cleaning, that is, the tenant does the basic cleaning himself. If the landlord charges for the final cleaning, an additional fee of 50 euros will be charged
