Sallanpesä on huvila, jota vuokrataan ympäri vuoden. 14 hengen talossa on neljä makuuhuonetta ja pihasta löytyvä kota on varusteltu mm. grillaus- ja loimutusvälinein sekä muurikkapannulla. Pihassa myös 6 hengen palju (210 €/vko). Neljästä makuuhuoneesta yksi on varustettu parivuoteella ja kolme muuta makuuhuonetta kahdella erillisellä vuoteella. Parvella neljä erillistä vuodetta ja toinen TV. Saunaosasto sisältää tilavan pesuhuoneen kahdella suihkulla, 2 erillistä WC:tä. 14 henkilön ruokapöytä astiastoineen. Pienet matkailijat on otettu myös huomioon: lastensänky 2kpl, syöttötuolit 2kpl, potta, lastenastiasto. Pihalla koiratarha. Viikonloppu- ja päivävuokrista pyydä tarjous. Hinnat sisältävät loppusiivouksen. Hinta ei sisällä paljun käyttöä (210€/vko tai 155€/viikonloppu) tai liinavaatteita (16€/hlö).

Cancellation must always be made in writing. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge before the due date of the advance payment. If the cancellation is made at least 2 months before the start of the stay, the advance payment will be refunded except for the cancellation fee of EUR 45. In case of cancellation 1-2 months before the start of the stay, the prepayment will be withheld. Later cancellations will be charged in full unless the property is re-rented.
In the event of a cancellation due to a serious illness or death of the booking agent or a loved one before the start of the stay, the accommodation rent will be refunded except for the cancellation fee (EUR 45). In this case, a medical certificate of the reason for the cancellation must be submitted within 14 days of the cancellation.
If the customer changes the booking (holiday destination, vacation time, etc.), the owner has the right to charge 15€ as the change costs -
