In the best location in Sappee, next to the slopes, the summer theater and services, this unique villa is elegantly made, suitable for both luxury holidays and business use. The windows of the castle maid's living room offer views of the far hillside. 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, well-equipped kitchen and living room. Of the bedrooms upstairs, two for 2 people, one for 3 people. The downstairs bedroom has a 140cm wide bunk bed (2-4 persons). In the living room there is a sofa bed with a spring mattress for 1-2 persons. Maximum occupancy is 13 people. Large sauna and covered terrace with always warm
hot water pool. On theoutdoor terrace in summer there is a large charcoal grill (own coals included), as well as a group of terrace furniture. The dining table for 10 people also serves as a meeting table (data cannon (on request), wireless internet connection), FullHD 46" Ledtv, second flat screen TV upstairs, home theater, drying cabinet, freezer, induction cooker, beverage fridge Next to the dressing room, washing machine, radio/CD player, sound system also in the sauna, outdoor storage and partially covered large terrace.
