Booking and cancellation terms
The customer can cancel with an advance payment of 100€ at least 15 days before the booking start date. For subsequent cancellations, we will charge 50% of the value of the reservation, to the extent that the room has not been resold.
If the customer cancels more than 2 nights before the booking start date and the room cannot be resold, the full value of the reservation will be charged. -
Payment terms
Advance payment of 100€ will be paid as soon as the invoice arrives.
The final payment of XXX€ is paid 7 days before the start of the rental.

Delays and compensations
The renter undertakes to clean the cabin to the condition where the cottage was when it arrived.
The room is available at 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be turned in by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. There is a €100 ventilation fee for unauthorised smoking inside.

Damages and deposits
The client is responsible for the furniture of the cottage during the rental period. The customer is obliged to compensate PKK Sähköl for the damage caused to the object or its movable property.
