Booking and cancellation terms
The cabin has a booking fee: 150€. By paying the reservation fee, the tenant secures the cottage rental for the desired time. The reservation fee is deducted from the total rental of the cottage. The booking fee is non-refundable. If the reservation is canceled after more than 14 days from the beginning of the reservation, the price of the reservation, excluding the reservation fee, will be refunded. If the start of the reservation is less than 14 days, only the final cleaning fee will be refunded.

Booking fee immediately. Final invoice 14 days before the start of booking.

Delays and compensations
The tenant receives a code for the keys to the cottage on the day the rental starts.
The cottage must not be handed over to third parties.
No camping, motorhome or caravan can be accommodated on the territory of the cottage.
Cottage rental includes the use of the cottage and its surroundings, as well as heating wood and gas. The boundaries of the cottage plot should be taken into account.
Clean and well-behaved pets are allowed separately upon agreement.
Comments on the equipment or condition of the cottage are made immediately to the landlord.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN THE CABIN!

Damages and deposits
The tenant is obliged to compensate in full for the damage caused to the cottage or its movable property.
