Varaukset tapahtuvat nettimokki.com kautta tai suoraan vuokraajan kautta. Ennakkolasku on 30% majoitushinnasta. Loppulasku on maksettava kuusi viikkoa ennen vuokra-ajan alkua. Varauksesta muodostuu vain loppulasku, mikäli varaus tehdään alle kuusi (6) viikkoa ennen oleskelun alkamista.
Käyttövuoro alkaa edeltävän viikon lauantaina klo 13.00 - seuraavaan lauantaihin klo 10.00 saakka.
VAHINGOT Varaaja on velvollinen korvaamaan lomahuoneistolle tai sen irtaimistolle aiheuttamansa välilliset ja välittömät vahingot suoraan omistajalle.

The reservation will only be the final invoice if the reservation is made less than six (6) weeks before the start
CANCELLATIONS If
the customer cancels his reservation in writing: The fees paid by
him will only be refunded if the cabin is re-rented before the rental period begins.

of the stay.KEY DELIVERY You will receive the
key with a proof of payment. The key to the resort is handed over to the customer 2
business days before the start of the rental period, to the freight forwarder by phone or email at the estimated time of arrival indicated by him. The renter informs the freight forwarder when the rent has been paid in full and the keys are allowed to be handed over.
Please bring your ID. The key donor has the right to recover costs incurred as a result of the loss of the key (
e.g. re-serialisation of locks and new keys). The guardian of the apartment has the right to collect compensation if he has to open the door due to a key left inside.
STAY IN THE HOLIDAY APARTMENT The holiday apartment is available to the customer from the day of arrival at
1 pm to the day of departure at 10 am. The rental of private holiday cottages includes basic tableware, water and electricity. The normal temperature in the apartment is 20 — 22 C. If the client has not booked linen, towels and departure cleaning through us, he/she will bring linen/towels with them and will be responsible for cleaning the holiday apartment during the rental period and at the end of the rental period. If linen is ordered only on the day of arrival, a transport fee of 30eur will be added to the linen prices. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the holiday apartments! If there are smokers or pets in the apartment, we will charge cleaning costs, but at least €200.
The needs of the apartment, e.g. spices, baking paper, fresh film, etc. If the tenant
uses the product in question, a new product will be purchased instead. When leaving the apartment, you should also leave full rolls of toilet paper on racks
If cleaning has not been carried out properly at the end of the booking, the owner or guardian is entitled to double the cleaning fee. From now on, the matter will be discussed between the customer and the guardian/owner. Even if the initial cleaning is ordered or included in the price, the apartment is required to have traces of normal living, i.e. furniture and other equipment in place and intact, garbage taken out and dirty dishes washed in the dishwasher.
We are not responsible for items left in the apartment.
LEASE AGREEMENT DUE TO A DISTURBANCE OR INCIDENT.
If, despite the notice given by the landlord or landlord's representative, the tenant does not cease to cause disturbance or danger to those in the same or neighboring property, the lessor or landlord's representative has the right to terminate the tenancy immediately. The costs incurred for all of the above measures shall be invoiced to the booking agent
NUMBER OF PERSONS The
holiday apartment may not be used by more than the stated capacity of the apartment. (Levihovi 4E, 8 persons
The use of tents, motorhomes and caravans on the grounds of the holiday apartment without the owner's permission is prohibited.
Damage The
reservation is obliged to compensate the owner directly for the direct and indirect damage caused to the holiday apartment or its movable property.
If a tenant accidentally breaks a container, for example, he may decide to buy a similar product instead. Or contact a freight forwarder who will purchase a replacement.
In this case, the freight forwarder or owner will bill the tenant. If the tenant has not acquired or asked the forwarder to acquire the broken product, the lessor has the right to charge twice the price of the broken product.
