Samoin voi 8.5 rinteestä laskea suoraan takaisin mökin pihaan metsän poikki joko sähkölinjan alustaa tai karhunkierroksen tien kautta. Myös 10 rinteen ala-asemalta on lyhyt kävelymatka. BOOKING CONDITIONS When ordering
accommodation services, booking and cancelling the services ordered, the following conditions are set out below. These terms and conditions become binding on both parties once the customer has made the reservation.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
After making a reservation, the customer receives an invoice containing the advance booking fee and the final payment, which must be paid by the due dates. Failure to pay is not a cancellation! The renter has the right to cancel the reservation if the payment has not been paid by the due date. The final payment must be paid 2 months before the start of the rental period.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must ALWAYS be made in writing to the renter.
If the customer cancels their reservation:
- at least 6 months before the start of the rental period, the final payment will not be charged and the advance booking fee will be refunded to the renter
- 6-2 months before the start of the rental period, the final payment is not charged, but the advance reservation fee remains with the renter.
- no later than 2 months before the start of the rental period, the entire rental fee will be charged. Cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment
when the notice of cancellation has been received by the renter. If the customer proves that the cancellation has been made and sent to the correct address at the right time, the cancellation will be accepted even if it is late.
RENTER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION In the
event of force majeure, force majeure, or an impediment independent of the renter (e.g. fire or water damage), the renter may cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer has the right to get the rent paid back in full. If the payment for the reservation is not paid on time, the renter has the right to cancel the reservation
RENTER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL COVID-19
If it is an obstacle due to the coronavirus pandemic, the reservation can be transferred without cost to the next year, the same time or another time. Any price difference due to a higher price at the new date will be charged, but if the new date has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.

KEY DELIVERY The key to the
holiday destination will be handed over to the customer on the day of arrival. The key is handed over by the caretaker of the cottage by informing the customer of the key storage located near the front door to the opening code.
STAY AT THE RESORT The holiday destination is available to the customer from the
day of arrival at 5 pm until the departure time at 11 am.
NUMBER OF PERSONS
The property may not be used by more than the stated capacity of the apartment. The use of tents, motorhomes and caravans on the property of the resort without the owner's permission is prohibited. Pets are not allowed to be imported into the accommodation unless otherwise agreed
COMPLAINTS
All comments and complaints relating to the equipment and condition of the accommodation must be addressed directly to the guardian or owner of the property immediately after the subject has arisen and during the holiday.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. If there is smoking in the apartment, we will charge cleaning costs.
Damage The
reservation is obliged to compensate the owner directly for the damage caused to the accommodation or its movable property.
TERMINATION OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT DUE TO A DISTURBANCE OR INCIDENT.
If, despite the notice given by the landlord or landlord's representative, the tenant does not cease to cause disturbance or danger to those in the same or neighboring property, the lessor or landlord's representative has the right to terminate the tenancy immediately.
