The site is new and completed in March 2020. The destination offers modern self-catering accommodation all year round and is happy to serve just you. You can go skiing or nature directly from the yard and skiing on the front slope is about 200m away. There are just under 30 slopes in total. Snowmobile trails leave from 500 metres, where there is also a toboggan hire service. Zero Point is at a distance of 250m, where e.g. Brand Store, Lift Passes Rental, Ski Service/-School. Levi Hotel Spa is 400m away, with Burger King, Bowling, Wellness/Fitness etc. It is 150m to the arena and 400m on foot to the old Hullu Poro. K Market/Pharmacy/Medical Center is 500m away and S-Market/Alko/Bensis distance is 650m. Apartment Levin Kunkku B 8 is a well-built 40 square meter double apartment with a large glazed balcony, a cozy sauna with washing facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has two sturdy frame mattress beds and the living room has a plush sofa bed for two. The compact living room has a 55” Smart panel TV with radio/CD player and high-speed internet access. From the furnished balcony you can admire the Northern Lights and seek inspiration for your own skiing activity in the direction of the first slope. Plus, a nice view of the front slope from your own “extra room”, which is also suitable for cooling off in the sauna. The spacious equipment of the apartment guarantees a relaxed holiday with loved ones... the kitchen has the necessary dining/cooking utensils for four, there is a dining table for four, even six. In addition, there is an induction hob with oven, microwave, coffee/kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, drying washing machine, drying cabinet and cleaning equipment with vacuum cleaner. The object is realized with underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation. The apartment has one parking space in the courtyard. The yard can be congested, but there is plenty of free parking in Laaksokuja and near the site. In addition, Sokos Hotel's warm paid parking garage is located in the center. The apartment is allergy free (no pets) and smoking is strictly prohibited even on the balcony, as the smoke comes inside. You can roam freely in the yard.
