Tight cancellation policy

If the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

If the apartment has been deliberately broken, messed up or something has been taken from the apartment, the security deposit will not be refunded. If the key is lost, the tenant will pay the full cost of its renewal.
