Levin Lumilinna on viihtyisä hirsimökki, joka sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella. Alakerrassa on makuuhuone (2 sänkyä), tilava tupakeittiö, kylpyhuone, sauna (vuolukivikiuas, jossa lämmitysmahdollisuus sähköllä/puilla), wc ja avokuisti (sähkögrilli). Tupakeittiön olohuoneessa on varaava takka ja vuodesohva. Mökin yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta (molemmissa 2 sänkyä), erillinen wc, oleskeluparvi, jossa on vuodesohva, ja parveke. Mökissä on vuodepaikkoja 6+4 (+pinnasänky=matkasänky).
Mökissä on täydellinen kalustus ja hyvä varustustaso mm. astianpesukone ja pyykinpesukone, kuivauskaappi, 2 taulutelevisiota ja WIFI. Mökin vesijohtovesi tulee porakaivosta puhdistamon kautta. Se saattaa ajoittain maistua raudalle, mutta se on tutkittu ja todettu talousvedeksi soveltuvaksi. Halutessaan asiakas voi tuoda juomavettä tullessaan. Mökille ovat lemmikit tervetulleita.
Hiihtolatu (koiralatu) kulkee tontin rajalta ja Ounasjoen rantaan on n. 1 km. Ravintola LuvattuMaa 1,2 km ja Tonttula n. 3km, jonne pääsee hiihtolatua pitkin. Levikeskus, kylpylä ja hissit n. 6 km.

Booking and cancellation terms
The person making the reservation (customer) must be of legal age (18 years) when making the reservation. The person making the reservation cannot transfer the management of the resort to another person, but the reservation is responsible for the resort during its rental period
.The booking fee (30% of the total amount) will be sent immediately after booking and the final payment (70%) will be sent one month before the rental starts. The booking is confirmed when the booking fee or total amount has been paid by the due date. If the rental period is less than a month, the reservation fee will not be sent with a separate invoice, but the full rental amount must be paid by the due date. The rental amount must be paid in full before the rental period begins. If the booking fee or the total amount is not paid by the specified due date, the lessor may cancel the booking without notice.
Cancellation
Cancellation must always be made in writing by e-mail to levinlumilinna@gmail.com. The cancellation shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment of notification of the cancellation
.If the customer cancels the reservation, the percentage of the reservation fee (30% of the resort rent) will not be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled later than 28 days before or during the rental period, the charges made by the customer will not be refunded. In some cases, the transfer of the rental period may be agreed separately.
In the event of force majeure, the landlord can cancel the reservation upon separate agreement. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to the Snow Palace. If the booking is interrupted due to disruptive behaviour by the customer or guest, the charges will not be refunded

Delays and compensationsThe
description of the resort contains references and indicative distances of services in the surrounding area (e.g. train station, bus stop, restaurant, shop, ski lift, etc.). Snow Castle is not responsible for information on general services not included in the resort and their availability
.The holiday destination is available to the customer on the day of arrival from 4 pm onwards and the rental period ends at 12 noon on the day of departure. The landlord informs the renter about the exact address of the resort, contact details of the persons responsible for the resort and the delivery of the key
. Therental includes the right to use the reserved resort for the booked time. Normal energy costs and firewood are included in the rent. Toilet and kitchen towels are not included in the rental price. The Customer understands and accepts that tap water in resorts, especially in rural areas, may have colour, taste and odour problems
. Themaximum occupancy of the holiday destination is the maximum number of persons indicated in the description of the resort in terms of the number of beds or the number of persons agreed upon when booking the resort. Celebrations and other occasions where the number of people in the resort is temporarily exceeded must be agreed in advance with the landlord (Lumilinna). The use of a caravan or rental equipment (e.g. a bath tub) on the property of the resort without the landlord's permission is prohibited
.Pets
Therenter must inform him if he or she will be accompanied by a pet to the holiday destination. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure that the pet does not cause damage to the resort. The owner of the pet is obliged to compensate for the damage caused by the pet. The pet owner is obliged to clean up pet droppings from the resort yard and its immediate vicinity
.Cleaning
Thecleaning of the resort at the end of the holiday is handled by the customer himself, unless final cleaning has been ordered. Final cleaning can be ordered at the time of booking
.Final cleaning involves washing dishes and putting them in place, garbage being taken to the waste point, empty beverage bottles and -- cans taken away, furniture put in place. Food supplies are taken away or taken to a waste point. Carpets and floors are vacuumed. The floors are wiped with a damp mop, tables and levels are wiped with a damp cloth, bed linen is ventilated outside, the sauna and toilet are washed. The yard area and barbecue area are left in a tidy condition. The final cleaning should be done in full only on the day of departure.
The finalcleaning ordered or the final cleaning included in the rental price of the resort does not include washing dishes, putting the dishes in place and the export of garbage. In addition, the customer must take away empty bottles and cans and put the furniture in place. Food supplies must be taken away or taken to a waste point. The customer is obliged to reimburse the cleaning costs caused by the omissions.

Damages and deposits
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the resort. Any damage caused must be immediately reported to the landlord of the resort. The client is obliged to compensate the landlord of the resort for the damage caused
