Located in Levi, LevinSatu: Selevi and Talevi Apartments offers a modern and well-equipped semi-detached house built in 2009 in the central location of the Levi ski resort. The semi-detached house is located within walking distance of the Zero Point shop, the slopes (0.6 km) and the ski trails (0.3 km). A grocery store is 0.4 km away and all the services and restaurants in the area are just around the corner.
Holiday homes have everything you need for a comfortable holiday and little more! Cozy interior, hot tub water and air massage points, hot sauna steam will help to relax and enjoy your vacation.
The semi-detached house has two completely identical apartments: Selevi и Talevi. Each apartment (130 m2) is equipped with a large jacuzzi, sauna, fireplace, drying closet, 3 bedrooms, 2 TVs, IP TV, cable TV, DVD and CD player, washing machine, large sofa bed, spare bed, internet (Wi-Fi), 2 toilets, on the second floor there is a private shower. Each apartment can accommodate 4 to 7 people. When rented together, the apartments can accommodate from 8 to 14 people.
The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a dining table. The seating area is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV and a CD player. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries.
In the outdoor storage you will find a snow shovel and shovel, firewood, storage space for skis and snowboards, sleds and a propeller (in the SELEV warehouse).
Dogs are welcome upon request. A fee may be charged for them.
Very good opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and golf in the summer.
There is a ski storage room on site. Guests can rent a scooter from the property.
Extra beds max 1, baby cot and high chair are available for all cottages at a price of 25.00 €/piece. Pets can be arranged separately, e.g. dog 20€/day or
120€/stay Santa Claus Village is 172 km away. Peak Lapland Lookout is 3.1 km away, while Levi's Market is 400 metres from LevinSatu: Selevi and Talevi Apartments. The nearest airport is Kittilä Airport, 13 km from the property.

deposit (EUR 250) must be paid to guarantee the reservation. The property charges a fee 7 days prior to arrival. The amount is paid by bank transfer. The amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an approved post-inspection by the property.
The keys must be returned after the end of the rental and also after the cleaners have checked that everything is in order.
A copy of the identity card or passport or driving licence of the responsible person, as well as a list of all guests, name and date of birth, is also required to confirm the reservation.
We will then send you the house instructions and driving directions and the code to get you the key.
Arrival at the villa is possible from 16:00 and the rental always ends at 12:00.
