Booking and cancellation terms

Booking confirmation/rental conditions:

Rent a cottage in Koutanen for 1 to 1

becomes effective when the cabin renter pays the booking fee of 100€

Within 3 days of booking. At the same time, the renter agrees to the rental conditions below.

The rest of the rent/ EUR is paid no later than one month before

the beginning of the rental period, i.e.

If the reservation is made so that the rental period is less than a month, the entire rental will be paid within 7 days of the reservation.

Arrive at the cottage on Saturday after 16:00, and leave the cottage no later than 12:00.

The cottage is designed for 6 people.

The keys can be obtained by agreement from Levi, 0108350300. Real Estate Virkut oy Siivous can also be ordered separately at a price of 125€. Sheets and towels 25€ taken and laid 28€ per person

The minimum compensation is 70€

Rental Cancellation:

In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation 20 days before the start of the rental period will be paid back half the rental price.

For bookings cancelled later, the rental price will not be refunded.
