Näiden lisäksi runsaasti astioita ja ruoanlaittovälineitä. Viihdepuolelta löytyy taulutelevisio, radio/cd-soitin Bluetooth kaiuttimilla, dvd, vhs-video. Vaatehuoltoon tarjolla pesukone ja vaatteiden kuivauskaappi, silitysrauta ja -lauta. Pihalla oma autopaikka sähköpistokkeella. Asuntokohtainen ulkovarasto vaikkapa suksille. Taloyhtiön pihassa on suksien huoltorakennus. Pesuhuone remontoitu 2018.
The person making the reservation must be of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of booking. The reservation is confirmed when the customer has paid the reservation fee by the due date. If payment is not received 3 days after the due date, we can cancel the reservation without prior notice
Cancellation must ALWAYS be made in writing to the landlord. If the customer cancels their reservation 28 days before the start of the rental period, the reservation fee and the final payment minus the cancellation fee of €50 will be refunded. Later than 28 days before the start of the rental period, the full rent will be charged. The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the notice of cancellation has come to the landlord. If the booking is cancelled because the customer or their next of kin suddenly falls ill, has an accident or dies, the customer is entitled to a refund, except for the cancellation fee of €50. The cancellation must be made immediately and the reason for this must be communicated to the landlord. Cancellation must be made before the start of the rental period. If the customer changes the time of the holiday, it is considered a cancellation of the previous order and a new reservation, unless otherwise agreed by the landlord
.THE LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION
Naava17 holiday rental is not liable for damage caused to the customer due to unforeseen force majeure or similar reasons (e.g. power outages, natural phenomena or animals) that were not caused by the landlord and the consequences of which the landlord could not reasonably prevent. In case of force majeure, force majeure, the landlord can cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer has the right to get the rent paid back in full. If payment for the reservation is not paid on time, the landlord has the right to cancel the reservation without notice
.The reservation fee is paid, approx. 30% of the price approx. 14 days after booking Nettimök. The final payment must be paid two weeks before the start of the rental period. If the reservation is made later than six weeks before the start of the stay, the entire accommodation fee will be charged in one instalment. If the customer cancels their booking and leaves the resort before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
Upon arrival, the customer undertakes to fill out a passenger notice, which will be left at the apartment upon departure.
A maximum of 6 guests can be accommodated in this holiday home. The use of a tent, camper van and caravan on the property of the resort without the landlord's permission is prohibited. Pets are not allowed to be brought to this
destination.If no final cleaning has been ordered for the accommodation and it has not been properly maintained, the freight forwarder has the right to charge double the cleaning fee.
If the customer loses the key received, the customer will be charged at least 400€ for serializing the lock and ordering new keys.
The customer is obliged to compensate the owner directly for the damage caused to the accommodation or its movable property. If subsequent accommodation is not possible as a result of the damage, the customer is obliged to reimburse these costs as well. If the damage is caused by the customer's indifference and as an act of vandalism, the case is then treated as vandalism and these cases are always reported to the police. The property of the holiday home is not allowed to be taken with you.
If there is a smoker in the apartment, we will charge cleaning costs, but at least 400€.
