In the yard of the housing company there is a ski maintenance building. The toboggan trail and the Kätkka ski track are right next to the parking lot

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental terms- Bed linen and towels. Guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them for an additional price of 25e/set. - Key service visit 23€/visit - Final cleaning is always included in the rental of 7 days or longer. - Number of persons. The property may not be used by more than the number of persons stated at the time of booking. - Pets. Neatly behaved small pets can be negotiated on a taoa-by-taoas basis. - Keys. Instructions for check-in and key handover will be sent by e-mail before the start of the accommodation. We will charge an additional fee of 80e per key for the lost key. - The resort is open from the arrival day at 17.00 until the evening at 11:00. The price of accommodation includes pillows, blankets, basic tableware, water and soap, firewood, toilet paper (3rll/wc), kitchen paper (2rll), dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, sauna flets. Low availability of firewood between January and May may cause the situation that firewood may not be available on site. - Disruptions. If customers cause outside interference, the owner has the right to terminate the rental relationship.
