Booking and cancellation termsThe reservation takes effect when the landlord and tenant agree, for example by e-mail, telephone or through Nettimöki's service.
If the reservation is canceled no later than 60 days before the start of the reservation, all payments will be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled no later than 35 days before the start of the reservation, the excess amount of the reservation fee will be refunded.
Travel insurance may receive compensation for cancellation of a trip if it is caused by a sudden illness, accident or death of a loved one or a loved one -
Payment termsThe reservation fee of 150€ will be charged at the time of booking if the reservation is more than 2 months from the beginning.
The due date of the final payment is 35 days before the start of the reservation or immediately after the reservation if the reservation period is shorter. -
Delays and compensationsDuring the snow season, the price includes two (2) lift passes. If the lift ticket is lost, the lift company's ticket exchange fee will be charged to the tenant (€100 in the 2025 period).
Final cleaning is included in the price during the high season (weeks 8 - 17 + Christmas and the turn of the year).
Instructions and door code will be provided to the customer a couple of days before the start of booking.
Ski or ski equipment in storage and lockers is not permitted to be used.
Other equipment in stock, such as sledges, skids, warp bin, electric grill, terrace furniture for summer, firewood are available to the customer. -
Damages and depositsNo collateral.
The tenant is liable for damages for damages caused by his intentional, negligence or negligence. -
Insurance and own risksTenants with their equipment are not insured by the landlord.
