TievaChalets 6 A is a 1/2022 completed, spacious, modern and semi-detached house built of high quality logs in the immediate vicinity of the West point lift station. You can reach the slope with a walk of about 200 m and when you come back you can ski down almost to the yard. The apartment is suitable for vacationers who appreciate a good sauna, proximity to ski slopes and nature of Lapland. The cottage is heated ekologically by geothermal heat.
The large windows of the apartment opens to the west of the cottage and bring the forest landscape into the living room and dining area. From the side of the facade you can see the Levi Fell and the three largest lift stations. On the first floor there is a spacious hallway, a large unified living room-kitchen area, bedroom, toilet and sauna facilities The living room has a fireplace, 65" TV and sofas. The kitchen is well equipped, the tableware for 12 people and the dining table can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. The sauna facilities include a sauna, a washroom and a separate dressing room. The Pilari-iki stove with 160 kg of stones guarantees good steam in the sauna. From the wide windows of the steam room you can also admire the sunset or the backwoods illuminated at the time of kaamos. The washroom has 2 showers and a toilet. There is access from the dressing room to the large side terrace. The dressing room has also a separate refrigerator for sauna drinks. The entrance hall is spacious and special attention has been paid to storing ski equipment. A washing machine and 2 drying cabinets are located in the entrance area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a toilet and a spacious living area with a bedsofa and a 55" TV.
There are 4 bedrooms in total and the beds are of high quality. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed 180 cm wide. The upstairs bedrooms have two 2 x 80 cm beds, which can be moved next to each other if desired. The third upstairs bedroom has a double bed 160 cm wide. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, so you can keep the bedrooms dark even in the summer. There are beds in the apartment totally for 8 people. In addition, in the lobby upstairs there is a 140 cm wide sofa bed for two. A children's travelbed and high chair are also provided.
During the ski season, 2 x lift passes are included in the rental. The apartment has WiFi access. There is a Walle charging station for the electric car. Charging 50eur/week/car. Final cleaning is included in the rent. Bed linen set 20eur/person The linen clothing set includes towels.
Pets are prohibited. No smoking.Not rented for partying purposes. Main seasons are rented on Sat-Sat.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsIn the event of force majeure, the owner may cancel the reservation. Such obstacles include fire, as well as mandatory repairs that prevent the use of the cottage. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the rent paid. The client must be of legal age. No pets. The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the accommodation or its movable property. Any damage caused must be immediately notified to the owner.
