Quiet location, however, suitably close to everything. 100 meters to ski, bike and hiking trails, 300 meters to the ski bus and airport bus stop, 400 meters to the nearest grocery store, 900 meters to the Gondola Lift Lower Station, 2.5 kilometers to the village of Sirka.
The cottage can comfortably accommodate 4-6 families or groups, but if necessary, two families of four. The dining table can accommodate 6-8 people, the living room seats 6 and the seventh place can be obtained by lifting an extra armchair from the fireplace room to the living room. Fireplace lounge, 2 toilets and, of course, sauna. On a suitably clear evening, you can watch the Northern Lights warp from the terrace, wrapped in a blanket

Charging the electric car/charging hybrid is possible in front of the front door from the suko plug, max 8A, one car at a time. 900 meters away Tesla Supercharger, in the S-Market of Levi Center (3 km) ABC charging.
Dogs are welcome! However, for dogs with hair loss (e.g. non-plucking breeds), we charge an extra reasonable pet cleaning fee. In this case, please contact us when making a reservation so that we can discuss the need.
Final cleaning is included in the price
You are allowed to bring your own bed linen. For bed linen provided on behalf of the house (including bed linen, bath and hand/face towels), we charge 20 euros per guest. If you require bed linen, please contact us at the time of booking
.We urge caution with the smallest guests under the age of 4: the stairs to the loft and the sauna and fireplace section downstairs are steep.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
