This quality and charming log cabin is located in a quiet area on a forest slope near the centre of Levi, only 5-10min walk from all the services of Levi Centre, slopes, ski trails and Levi's wonderful outdoor terrain. Illuminated ski trails are only 300m away, the front slopes and the centre of Levi are 700m away and the nearest restaurant can be found 400m away.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate six people, and due to its central location, you do not necessarily need a car on vacation. And best of all, the second half of the semi-detached house is not rented at all, so you will be guaranteed for your vacation by calm neighbors and a good night's sleep.
Downstairs there is a living room and an open kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom with two wide beds, which can also be locked if necessary. In the living room you can sit comfortably by the fireplace and have all the comforts for a relaxing pastime, such as a large corner sofa, a flat-screen TV (WiFi+Chromecast) and nice company games. The kitchen has a dining table for six people and all the necessary utensils for cooking with a larger group, as well as high-quality tableware for six people. The apartment also has a sauna and a bathroom and on both floors there is a private toilet. Clothes maintenance is facilitated by a washing machine and drying cabinet, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Upstairs there is a spacious loft with standing height and on one side of the loft there are two beds and on the other side one wide bed and an additional one mattress. The stairs leading to the loft are normal and easy to access, and also have security gates at both ends. Upstairs there is also a private toilet and a desk.
Large windows and a spacious room height in the open kitchen and living room bring lightness to the cottage and allow the beautiful landscape to become part of the atmosphere of the space. The high-quality interior of the apartment and the high quality materials decorated with coils complete the whole and bring an authentic Lapland atmosphere to the cottage. In addition, this child-friendly cottage has excellent facilities such as high chair, children's travel cot and potty, hand blender, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee and kettle.
During the
winter season, the price also includes 1 x lift pass to enjoy the slopes and lifts of Levi, as well as free use of the Skibus (benefit up to 250€/week).
The

SMOKING & PETS
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited at the property! If the property has smokers or pets, we will charge a cleaning fee (min. 300€)
STAY IN THE RESORT The
resort is available to the guest from the day of arrival at 16:00 until the departure at 11:00am. Exceptions must be agreed upon when renting.
The rental price includes the right to use the resort for the reserved time, as well as normal energy and water costs. In addition, the price includes a starter kit of toilet and kitchen towels, hand soaps and necessary detergents in the kitchen. The tenant also has firewood at your disposal, so you can fully relax with sips and enjoy the cottage life without worrying about everyday details.
The maximum occupancy of the holiday destination is the maximum number of persons indicated in the description of the resort as the number of beds or which the holiday destination has been agreed upon when booking.
LINEN Bed linen and towels are
not included in the rental price.
Bed linen and towels (25€/person), can be ordered at the time of booking. The set includes: base and duvet cover, pillowcase, towel and face towel.
FINAL CLEANING The
customer is responsible for the final cleaning of the apartment, unless the final cleaning has been ordered separately. Cleaning instructions can be found in the apartment. If there is any notice in the final cleaning of the apartment, the customer will always be charged a quick cleaning fee of €200. The condition of the property and its belongings are always checked after the rental.
Final cleaning can also be ordered no later than 2 days before the end of the rental period for 99€.
In the winter season, final cleaning is a mandatory additional service.
DAMAGES The
customer is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment. Any damage caused must be immediately notified to the owner of the resort. The customer is obliged to compensate the owner of the resort for the damage caused. The property and its belongings are always checked after the rental.
COMPLAINTS
All comments and complaints relating to the resort must be addressed directly to the owner of the resort immediately after the subject has arisen and at the time of booking
VILLA LEVIN TAIGAN'S RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION In
case of force majeure, the Accommodation Service Provider may cancel the booking. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
For a
lost lift ticket (season pass), we charge a renewal fee of 100€/piece.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The person making the reservation must be 20 years or older when making the reservation.
The customer must pay the cabin reservation fee (at least 10%) immediately after booking and the final payment (90%) no later than 1 month before the start of the rental period. If it is less than 1 month before the start of the rental, the entire rental amount will be paid at once
.The reservation is confirmed only after the customer has paid the reservation fee.
If the customer does not process the payments on time, the landlord can cancel the reservation without notice.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation must always be made by email to levintaiga@gmail.com or through the booking system. The cancellation shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment when the notice of cancellation has been received. If the customer cancels the reservation less than 2 months after the start of the reservation, the part of the reservation fee will not be refunded
