Villa Lux is a newly completed (2024) stylish, high quality and bright semi-detached house with log construction, located just off the South slopes in the edge of nature. The distance to the slope across the forest is only 300 meters and you can descend through the forest along the path directly to the slopes. From the large windows of the living areas of the cottage open an unobstructed view of the soothing danger landscape facing south, from where excellent conditions bear witness to the magnificent aurora borealis
.For spacious living spaces, the cottage is ideal for families and for spending nights out with friends and couples. Both halves of the cottage (A and B) can be rented separately and, if necessary, both sides can be booked at the same time. There is a passage from the living room to the other half, so the cottage can also be connected to a larger group, so the cottage is also ideal for organizing corporate events.
On the middle floor of the three-storey cottage there is a spacious living-kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a balcony. The top floor consists of a loft with beds for five people, as well as a toilet. On the bottom floor you will find an atmospheric sauna area, a bar, a utility room and a separate toilet. Access to the hot tub is from the lowest floor. Active holidaymakers have their own gym and a large entrance hall with plenty of storage space.
The cottage has activities for the whole family - gym, PlayStation5, table football, board games and a high-quality sound system for watching movies and listening to music.
In the courtyard of the cottage there is a charging point for electric cars and a spacious parking lot. There is an additional charge of 20€/reservation for charging the electric car.
Therental includes 2 ski passes during the winter season. Tickets include unlimited use of the Ski Bus for convenient access to any slope, as well as free access to Leevilandia.
Bed linen is always added to the price of 25€/set/person (incl. sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, bath towel and hand towel) Final cleaning is included in the rental price.

Pets must be agreed separately.
The cottage is not rented for parties or parties.
