High quality holiday apartment in Velhontien Levi, Finland, completed in January 2023. The bright log villa (80 square meters ground floor and 36 square meters loft) offers a great holiday setting for 8 people. The cottage is also well suited for two families to spend time together. The skillfully made ceiling guarantees a peaceful sound world in the presence of even a large group of people. From the living room kitchen and the loft there is a wonderful view towards Levitunturi. The cottage is designed for your own use; it is beautiful, functional and well equipped. The kitchen includes an electric mixer and a waffle iron. There are plenty of dishes. On the lower floor of 80 square meters there is a spacious living-kitchen for one living and sleeping areas for four (two double bedrooms), sauna, bathroom, utility room and toilet. The loft has four beds, two 90 cm and two 120 cm. In addition, a children's play area with two fatboys for relaxation. The loft (36 square meters) offers a view of nature. The cottage has an air heat pump and an atmospheric fireplace. The cabin is equipped with a high chair for the little ones in the family. At the top end of the staircase is a child gate. The utility room includes a washing machine, a drying cupboard and a shoe dryer.
The cottage has easy access to ski tracks (300m), bike paths (300m) and snowmobile trails (350m). The golf course is 3km away. The South East Slope lift station is located just 500m away. Utsuvaara and Taalovaara offer an opportunity for snowshoeing in enchanting gunwood landscapes. In autumn, good mushroom and berry soils can be found in the nearby terrain. Outdoor equipment includes two propellers, three snowshoes for adults and two for children. There are sliders and sledges for the little ones in the family. In summer, the terrace offers barbecue and seating while enjoying the bright nights

Cleaning is included in the price in low season for all week rentals Sat- Sat. Otherwise, the cleaning must be purchased separately or cleaned according to the instructions yourself.
A separate linen fee (28e/person) is added to the rental price. When booking from the system, please choose from the additional services according to the number of people. No linen of your own. No pets
