The apartment was completely renovated from the inside and the beds and mattresses etc. were renewed. The kitchen now has more cold space, freezer, apk, washing machine, central vacuum cleaner and more... In this context, beds were reduced by 24 pieces and double beds (so-called family rooms) were added. Televisions are available in three rooms, the largest of which is 65 inches, which is suitable for conference use. A large former savotta village on the banks of the Liesijoki river in the immediate vicinity of the Seven National Park. The original apartment was built by Kalle Päätalo, but the main building burned down and a new apartment was built in 1959. The stable building built by Kalle Main House still remains and was renovated into a high quality accommodation. The stables for the building were named Kallen-Stalli. Jaulin Kämpä has five bedrooms: room 1:2 beds with 80 cm frame mattress which can combine double beds. mh 2:1 double bed (2x80cm) + 1pc 2 bunk bed mh 3:1 bunk bed with a double bed 140 cm wide at the bottom and 1 piece 90cm at the top. 1 kp 2 bunk bed. mh 4:4 double bunk beds + 1 bunk bed with a 140cm wide double bed at the bottom and a 90 cm wide bed at the top. mh 5:1 bunk bed+corner sofa Dining area and kitchen. In the courtyard of Kämä there is an atmospheric beach sauna (approx. 30m), a wooden shed, a lean-to, a campfire ring, a volleyball court and a large barbecue/dining hut of approx. 25 m2 (rented at a different price). Seven's outdoor trails and tracks depart from the yard. The apartment is also ideal for winter use. Final cleaning is not included in the price, it must be purchased separately for 190€ and is mandatory. The pool is available for a different fee from 240€/week. If the booking is cancelled earlier than 1 month from the booking date, we will refund the rental amount minus the booking fee of 300€. In case of cancellation later, we will not refund the payment. The renter has the right to charge a deposit of 300€, which will be returned to the bank account indicated by the customer after the end of the rental period, when it is determined that the places are in order and all the goods are stored. The lessee is liable for all damages to the property and movable property. Please let us know if there is any damage, so it will be easier to act and get things right. Invoicing costs of €8+VAT 14% are added to the invoice. Ask for an offer for times longer than 2 days!!

Booking and cancellation terms
If the booking is cancelled earlier than 1 month from the booking date, we will refund the rental amount minus the booking fee of 300€ if the rental has been paid in full. In case of cancellation later, we will not refund the payment.

Payment terms
The reservation fee of 300€ is invoiced immediately after booking and the rest is due one month before the booking date. If the reservation is made closer than a month from the booking date, we will invoice the entire reservation with the same invoice. The invoicing costs of 7,7€ incl. VAT are added to the invoices.

Delays and compensations
The ordered final cleaning does not include washing dishes, putting dishes and goods and furniture in place, and the export of rubbish. In addition, the customer must take away empty bottles, cans and food supplies. In the yard of the cottage there is a waste canopy where you need to sort the bottles/cans/metals separately. The cottage must be in proper condition after the holiday. When leaving, the customer must also empty the ashes from the nests and barbecue house into the containers reserved for them
.LINEN MUST DEFINITELY BE WORN! If the bed linen or sleeping bag is not used, the mattress covers will have to be washed and the costs will be deducted from the deposit fee of 20€/person.
Remember to carry the trees ready by the fireplaces for the next couple of weeks. When you leave, the extra trees taken from the fireplaces must be taken back to the anchorage so that it does not get caught in the rain
. Please notethat the holiday destination must not be used by more than the number of beds marked for the equipment of the cottage. Any overnight guests or parties and other occasions where the number of people in the resort is temporarily exceeded must be agreed separately with the owner. The use of a tent, caravan or rental equipment (such as your own bath tub) as well as CHARGING ELECTRIC CARS in the resort without the owner's permission
is prohibited.FOR CHARGING AN ELECTRIC CAR WE CHARGE 10€/day/car
If the download has not been notified and we notice, we will deduct the charging fee from the deposit.
If you have rented a barn from us, it should be emptied using the drain pipe at the end of the house. Water from the pond should be led into the “forest” not on the steps of the sauna, and so that the sand is carried down the slope

Damages and deposits
The renter has the right to charge a deposit of 300€, which will be returned to the bank account indicated by the customer after the end of the rental period, when it is established that the places are in good condition and all the goods are intact and stored.

Insurance and own risks
The property has an insurance policy with 1000€ deductible, which is collected from the landlord if the damage is caused by the tenant, whether it is intentionally or unintentionally caused.
