.On weekends we rent only Fri-Sun. It is worth asking for an offer for longer times. BATHTUB FOR RENT AT A DIFFERENT PRICE 240€/WKL The stable has 5 2HH units, each with its own shower and toilet. There is a shared contemporary kitchen as well as a 55m2 dining area with a toilet where there is a washing machine and a drying cupboard. A central vacuum cleaner was installed in the stable building to facilitate cleaning. Outside the stable there is a large 80m2 terrace and a private campfire place. There is a barrel sauna and a lean-to on the river bank, which is unique to the customers of the Talli. At Kallen-Tall you can rent one room or all five rooms at a time, then you will wander alone or with a larger group. Kallen-Talli derives its name from the fact that Kalle Päätalo built it in 1946 together with Rousto-Ville. The stable was originally built on wooden piles and over time it had become severely dilapidated and in autumn 2010 it was almost in a state of demolition. During the winter, the stable underwent a major renovation where it was renovated into a hotel-level accommodation. Final cleaning is not included in the price, it must be purchased separately for 190€ and is mandatory. If the booking is cancelled earlier than 1 month from the booking date, we will refund the rental amount minus the booking fee of 300€. In case of cancellation later, we will not refund the payment. The landlord has the possibility to charge a deposit of 300€ which is returned to the bank account indicated by the customer once it is determined that the places are in good condition after renting.

The reservation fee of 300€ is invoiced immediately after booking and the rest is due one month before the booking date. If the reservation is made closer than a month from the booking date, we will invoice the entire reservation with the same invoice. The invoicing costs of 7,7€ incl. VAT are added to the invoices.
The ordered final cleaning does not include washing dishes, putting dishes and goods and furniture in place, and the export of rubbish. In addition, the customer must take away empty bottles, cans and food supplies. In the yard of the cottage there is a waste canopy where you need to sort the bottles/cans/metals separately. The cottage must be in proper condition after the holiday. When leaving, the customer must also empty the ashes from the nests and barbecue house into the containers reserved for them
.LINEN MUST DEFINITELY BE WORN! If the bed linen or sleeping bag is not used, the mattress covers will have to be washed and the costs will be deducted from the deposit fee of 20€/person.
Remember to carry the trees ready by the fireplaces for the next couple of weeks. When you leave, the extra trees taken from the fireplaces must be taken back to the anchorage so that it does not get caught in the rain
. Please notethat the holiday destination must not be used by more than the number of beds marked for the equipment of the cottage. Any overnight guests or parties and other occasions where the number of people in the resort is temporarily exceeded must be agreed separately with the owner. The use of a tent, caravan or rental equipment (such as your own bath tub) as well as CHARGING ELECTRIC CARS in the resort without the owner's permission

If you have rented a barn from us, it should be emptied using the drain pipe at the end of the house. Water from the pond should be led into the “forest” not on the steps of the sauna, and so that the sand is carried down the slope
