Forest deer served as accommodation facilities for shepherds in the summer of 2018 and 2019. Käpylä is an old town house where Kalle Päätalo lived when he built Jaulin Kämppä. Kepylä is well suited for families and smaller groups. In the idyllic courtyard there are the following buildings: main building approx. 55 m2 with living room and kitchen, barn building with sauna and fireplace room and storage rooms, storage room suitable for summer sleeping, small guest shed with electric heating, wood stove and eco-toilet. In the courtyard there is also a nice big barbecue hut made of sturdy logs. The smoke sauna is closed due to fire damage. There are sleeping places in the main building 5-6, guest storeroom 2, fireplace room 1-2 and old building 2+. (sleeping places in outbuildings only for summer use) TV, electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerators 2 pcs, coffee maker, cooking utensils and cutlery. Cold and hot water. The yard is large, where it is safe for children to play. The cottage has its own beach and a boat on the shore of nearby Särkilammi. On the beach there is also a lean-to and a campfire place. Distance approx. 300m.
A
reservation fee of €200 will be charged at the time of booking and the remainder no later than one month before the booking date. If the full amount is paid at the time of booking, the rent will be refunded minus the booking fee if the reservation is cancelled no later than one month before the booking date. A billing surcharge of €7 will be added to the invoice. The renter has the right to charge a deposit of €200, which will be returned to the bank account indicated by the customer after the rental period ends, after it has been established that the places are in order and all
the goods are stored.
