The game beach is rented until August 2, 2025. Possibly Christmas and New Year 2025 will be available for rent, it is worth asking. In 2025, we will start renting again on 1 May 2025 and will continue until the first weekend of August. If you book now, you can still get it at the old price. NB! WEEKENDS ARE NOT RENTED FOR ONLY ONE DAY! Weekend price Fri-Sun is 390€, Prices are for a maximum of 6 adults, additional persons are charged 15€/day. Midsummer week 900€ Ask for an offer for longer or shorter times! Renovated cottage on the shores of the clean water Lake Takajärvi. The cottage is the lodge of Juhtimäen Metsästysseura ry which is rented to outsiders during the summer. The cottage has a large main room, kitchenette, sauna, washroom/WC and upstairs bedroom. There are sleeping places for six people. Beds are fitted with mattresses, blankets and pillows. The cottage is equipped with electric heating, fireplace, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, cold and hot water, cooking utensils and cutlery for 12 people. Outdoor barbecue area, Brand new barbecue hut, pier, boat, wood stove and eco toilet. There is a road from the yard to other cottages, but its traffic is really low and has not bothered tenants. The courtyard is wide. Good opportunities for fishing, hunting, berry picking, mushroom picking and outdoor recreation (Seven National Park). NB! Be sure to ask for a bath tub as well! Booking conditions: A reservation fee of 200€ will be paid at the time of booking and the rest no later than one month before the booking date. If the full amount is paid at the time of booking, the rent will be refunded minus the booking fee if the reservation is cancelled no later than one month before the booking date. A billing surcharge of 10€+VAT will be added to the invoice. The renter has the right to charge a deposit of 300€, which will be returned to the bank account indicated by the customer after the end of the rental period, when it is determined that the places are in order and all

If the reservation is canceled earlier than 1 month from the booking date, we will refund the rental amount minus the reservation fee of 200€, if the rental has been paid in full. In case of cancellation later, we will not refund the payment.
