This cottage is only rented during the summer seasons, 18.4 -30.10.2023. Midsummer week 850€ NB! This cottage will be completed in the spring as a NEW sleeping cellar with 2 80cm frame mattress beds. In this way, we get more space in the bedroom and not everyone has to sleep in the same space. Photos will be updated when we get the job done! Board-built cottage (45m2) in a beautiful location near the Seivinen National Park in Ikaalinen Juhtimäki, 60 km from Tampere and 50 km from the centre of Ikaalinen, on the Särkilammi beach of Alanen. In the cabin there is a sofa bed that spreads out and sleeps in the barn with 2 beds with 80 cm frame mattress. In the dressing room there is also a laveri where you can sleep in an emergency. The wood-heated sauna has a shower. In an outdoor courtyard building. Neighbours are sister cottages Tavi and Telkä, which are located on the same beach about 200 metres apart. Reason. Haapana, Telkä, Tavi Telkä and Haapana cottages are almost identical with all the buildings. Telkä is a log cabin and Haapana is a log cabin. The cottage has both cold and hot water. Shower in the sauna. There is a campfire place in the yard. Cabin equipment: - Refrigerator - Micro - Stove - Toaster - Coffee machine - Cookware and cooking utensils 5 persons - Electric heating - Water supply cold and hot - Boat - Compost toilet (new) - Fine pier Booking conditions: Reservation fee of 200€ will be paid at the time of booking and the rest no later than one month before the time of booking. If the full amount is paid at the time of booking, the rent will be refunded minus the booking fee if the reservation is cancelled no later than one month before the booking date. A billing surcharge of €7 will be added to the invoice
