Built for your own use, the complex is designed and built with piety for quality leisure. The magnificent lake landscape opens from the large windows of both the main building and the sauna building, whether you are sitting at the dining table, on the sofa, on the terraces or on the sauna platforms.
The cottage is equipped at the highest level. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, a powerful oven, a high-quality Bora hob and a crockery for 16 people. It's nice to cook with a bigger group on the big island. On the terrace there is an electric smoker, a mason jar, and a Weber grill to assist the cook.
The kitchen, dining area and living room are one large space. The long dining table accommodates up to 10 people, while the living room is served by a large corner sofa and a sofa. The 65-inch smart TV offers all the modern apps and functions, including AirPlay
.For relaxation and comfort, the main building has a luxurious wash and sauna space, the absolute gem of which is the view of the lake from the landscape window of the sauna. The bathrooms of the main building offer convenient access to the terrace to cool off and enjoy the sparkling water in the
outdoor hot tub. Theowners' favourite, the beach sauna, offers acidic and humid vapours, extra-wide decks suitable for lounging, and a tranquil spa atmosphere. The large windows of the sauna delimit the landscape into a tableau, from which, depending on the season, you can admire the sunset colored sky, the lake, the country landscape or the magnificent starry sky. From the sauna terrace, a convenient access route has been built to the pier, from where you can take a dip in Jokisjärvi
.The two bedrooms in the main house have double beds 160 cm wide and the loft has separate mattresses for two. The sauna at the beach has a sleeping alcove with a 140 cm double bed. NB! During the winter period (November-April), there is an energy charge of €25 for the heating of the sauna by the beach
. Thecourtyard of the villa is varied and there is room for children to frolic. In the yard there are places for more cars, a 50m2 artificial turf field for jogging and yard games, a sandy beach and 1000m2 of grass area, where you can play and relax. In the villa you can find summer use e.g. Small trampoline, SUP boards, canoe and rowing boat.
The destination is best suited for families, couples and small groups. The place is dear to us, so we require the renter to use the property properly. Pets under contract.
NB! With us, the weekly rental means the time interval from Mon 4pm to Sun 12pm
