Good condition and beautiful cottage by the lake. Here it is easy to relax and enjoy your vacation. Outside you can hear the sounds of nature and at night you can admire the stars without light pollution, and yet you are only a 1h drive from the small area. Such lake landscapes you rarely experience. The cottage is located on the shore of a beautiful lake and you can easily take a dip to swim. The beach is mud-bottomed, but perfectly swimmable nonetheless. In summer, you can row on the lake with a cottage rowing boat. The cottage has an outhouse and drinking water must be brought along. The cabin has electricity and washing dishes is easy with the help of a small hot water heater. The fireplace creates warmth and atmosphere in the cottage. However, the air heat pump brings certainty in cold and hot weather, there is always a comfortable indoor temperature in the cabin.

- in the surroundings of the cottage there is a lot of forest and long dirt roads for outdoor activities.
- The cottage is in a quiet area.
- mainly all furniture, bedspreads and mattresses have been renewed in 2022-2023.
- Final cleaning and bed linen are not included.

Booking and cancellation terms
Booking fee 50% of the cabin rent. We will not refund the booking fee if the guest cancels the booking. For cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of the booking, we will only charge the booking fee. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the stay, we will charge the full price and the guest must contact their own passenger insurance for compensation.

Payment terms
50% of the rent within a week, the other 50% will be paid about two weeks before the start of the reservation.

Delays and compensations
The
renter of the cottage is responsible if fixed furnishings or movable property are destroyed/stolen in the cabin by the renter himself or others who have been in the cabin. We bill for any potential destruction for the replacement price + travel expenses + time spent.
