Quiet and atmospheric cottage for a small group of people. Here it is easy to relax and enjoy your vacation. Outside you can hear the sounds of nature and at night you can admire the stars without light pollution, and yet you are only a 1h drive from the small area. You rarely experience such tranquility.
The cottage is located on the shore of a large pond and you can easily take a dip to swim. The pond shore is grassy and the pond is mud-bottomed and deep. The cottage has an outhouse and drinking water must
be brought along.- pets are allowed
- firewood from the fireplace and wood sauna is included in the price
- gas grill outside, well equipped kitchen inside
- there is electricity in the cabin
- water comes to the porch of the cottage with a hose, drinking water must be brought along. Carrying water from the porch to the inside
.- the main house has beds for two + a sofa bed for two and in the guest cottage there are beds for two sleepers.
- in the surroundings of the cottage there is a lot of forest and long dirt roads for outdoor activities.
- The cottage is in a quiet area.
- mainly bedspreads and kitchen accessories renewed in the summer of 2023.
- Final cleaning and bed linen are not included.

Booking and cancellation terms
Booking fee 50% of the cabin rent. We will not refund the booking fee if the guest cancels the booking. For cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of the booking, we will only charge the booking fee. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the stay, we will charge the full price and the guest must contact their own passenger insurance for compensation.

Payment terms
50% of the rent within a week, the other 50% will be paid about two weeks before the start of the reservation.

Delays and compensations
The
renter of the cottage is responsible if fixed furnishings or movable property are destroyed/stolen in the cabin by the renter himself or others who have been in the cabin. We bill for any potential destruction for the replacement price + travel expenses + time spent.
