The atmospheric log house, completely renovated in 2020, comfortably accommodates six people in an idyllic rural landscape on the shores of Lake Hirvijärvi. The cottage has two bedrooms with beds for four (160cm double bed, 100cm single bed and 90cm wide single bed). The separate beach hut (built in 2020) has a double bed, unlike the pictures. From the window of the beach sauna you can admire the view overlooking the lake while enjoying the gentle steam of the wooden sauna. After a sauna session on the patio, it is good to grill treats for the whole group. You can swim in the river during flood water from the cottage's own beach. The nearest public beach can be found in Sukeva about 9 km away. Dining and lounging on the sofa in the open Haparanta countryside — the cornerstones of your holiday — are pleasant even in warmer weather, as the air heat pump cools comfortably during summer weather. On summer days, a day coffee or an evening snack can cover the cottage's light-flooded veranda. Equipment: dishes for eight, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, water and coffee maker, hairdryer, washing machine and two Smart TVs. Excellent snowmobiling opportunities, as the toboggan trail runs just a few hundred meters away! Please note that pets are vacationing elsewhere. Payment terms
The reservation fee of 200 euros is deducted from the final total rental price. The rent is paid in two installments, the reservation fee at the time of booking and the final payment as agreed upon arrival at the cottage by cash/debit card or by bank transfer before arrival at the cottage. Delays and compensations
The cleaning of the property during the visit is taken care of by the guest. The final cleaning is carried out by either the guest or the owner, depending on which final cleaning has been agreed. The owner checks the property at the end of the visit or as soon as possible after, and liaises with the guest if final cleaning requires more than 4 hours of work. Final cleaning includes 4 hours of cleaning. Guests take the garbage bags out into a large trash can, collect the laundry in a pile, and put the dishes in the machine and the machine wash. Goods forgotten by guests can be returned at the guest's expense and on request. If the dispute regarding the rental of the cottage cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (ariita.fi).
