Family destination. This high-class holiday home, completed in 2019, invites you to relax in a lively rural landscape, on the shore of Lake Petäjäjärvi. The spacious kitchen and living areas, as well as the sauna heated through the wall, provide a first-class setting for an unhurried holiday. The cottage has two parts: the sauna facilities and the sauna room are connected to other living areas by means of a cozy terrace. The bathroom and toilet are connected to the sauna facilities, which are accessed via a cool outdoor terrace. The cottage has three double beds: the downstairs bedroom, the upstairs bedroom and the upstairs lobby. On the side of the sauna bed there is a sofa bed, from which you can get a double bed 180cm wide if necessary. In summer, there is also a separate sauna on the beach, from which it is easy to take a dip for a refreshing swim or sit on the jetty. In the summer kitchen, grilling and enjoying food is easy in the beautiful lake landscape. Large windows open onto the lake, and the fireplace warms comfortably on a cooling evening. Pets are not allowed. Equipment: dishes for eight, combination oven with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, water and coffee maker, electric mixer, toaster, induction hob, hair dryer, three UHD Smart TVs as well as sound systems, cooling air heat pump. In addition, there is a rowing boat and three pairs of snowshoes. During the winter season, you can rent a bathtub/beach sauna for an additional fee of 150€ /day. In the summer, you can rent a suplauda for the duration of the visit. The price is 30 euros for one or 50 euros for two suitcases for the duration of the visit. Charging for an electric car is charged according to consumption. Please contact us for seasonal prices.
