PYYNIEMI is a well-equipped, winter habitable cottage in Sonkajärvi on the shores of Lake Petäjäjärvi. BOOKING ENQUIRIES primarily via booking form or email. Sleeping places are 140 cm double bed, sofa bed and upstairs loft space for 2 adults or 4 children. From May to September in use a two-bedroom granary with SLEEPING PLACES for 6. Travel bed available. Outside glazed barbecue canopy with kitchenette. Hot tub. Sandy beach. Evening sun plot.
Equipment: Cookware for six, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic/induction hob, oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, flat-screen TV, dvd, radio, bed linen for eight. The sauna is heated by trees from the side of the bath. Outside, Weber's gas grill. The use of a rowing boat is included in the price. Nearest neighbour approx. 50 m away behind a dense hedge tree.
Price from 90 €/day on weekdays and 125 €/day on weekends (minimum rental period 2 days). Prices for 4 people. Additional persons 15 e/day or 50e/week. Hot tub usage from €80. In winter, hot tub usage from €100. The SUP board rental price depends on the duration of the reservation. For example, weekend Fri-Sun 50 e or 1 day (4 pm - next day at 12 pm) 30 e. Final cleaning as an additional service 80€ (can also be done by yourself). DIFFERENT PRICING DURING HOLIDAYS, HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS
.For weekend rentals, the cottage is handed over on Sunday at 4pm, except on summer weekends and public holidays at 12 noon. Pets under contract
