The location is ideal, only 6 km from the church village of Sotkamo and 13 km from the services of the tourist area of Vuokatti
.The cottage is rented only with the beds pre-made (hand towels and bath towels can also be found directly), so there is no need to worry about carrying linen. Please add this additional service for all guests when booking
.The cottage has a space of 75 m² on two floors. Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen-living room, a soapstone fireplace and a dining group for 6-8 people. There are also two bedrooms downstairs, one with a double bed and the other with separate beds for two. A small washroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine complete the downstairs amenities. Steep stairs lead upstairs, and in the lobby there is a sofa spread for 1-2 guests.The bedroom upstairs has a double bed, but one room is not available to tenants. .A separate beach sauna is located about 50 meters from the cottage. The sauna has a wood stove and the water is heated in the sauna. The sauna has a summer sauna room and a steam room, but there is no shower. A long pier, partly a land pier, leads into the lake, where the water level varies in elevation. At the end of the pier there is 15-70 cm of water. The beach has a hard clay bottom and a shallow long beach, its own coastline is about 70 meters. During the winter season, you should avoid moving on ice, as there are many sulphur streams in the water body. During the thaw, you can go to the opposite lean-to for sausage roasting, but in winter the water should not be crossed.
In addition, there is a storage building in the yard, connected with an annex and waste sorting. In front of the cottage is a parking lot with a car heating post for two cars. Slow charging of the electric car is also possible if agreed
for a separate fee.The cottage is heated by geothermal heat and an air heat pump is used for cooling in the summer. The cabin has mechanical ventilation and a 55" Smart TV. The working water is filtered from well water with manganese above the reference values, which can cause a slight odor. However, the kitchen has a separate tap where you can get double-filtered, clean water for cooking and drinking
.Children's equipment is provided if needed and includes a travel cot, high chair, potty and child gates upstairs and downstairs.
