The main building has 10 beds, in addition, a room in the sauna building located near the beach has a spread bed for 2 overnight stays. The sauna building is included in the rent. On the ground floor of the 102 m2 main building there are 3 bedrooms (2 frame beds per room) as well as a living room, dining area, kitchen, utility room, entrance hall and toilet/bathroom. The upstairs loft of 20 m2 has 2 + 2 beds and a small lobby. The loft is L-shaped, and the accommodation facilities are located at different ends of the lobby

The sauna building, located near the beach, has a sauna for 6 - 8 people, in addition to a bathroom with 2 showers, a toilet, a small dressing room and a sauna room. The large windows of the sauna and sauna room offer views of Lake Sapso. There is a bellows on the porch, which can be rented separately (120 eur incl. + 20 eur extra day)

On the terrace of the main building there is a rooming group for 8 people, as well as armchairs. Wooden walkways lead from the terrace to the sauna building and from there to the private sandy beach. On the large porches of the sauna building you can cool off and bask in the day.
The cottage has underfloor heating. In addition, the living room has a fireplace and an air heat pump. Laundry service and drying of clothes go smoothly, as there are 2 drying cabinets in the hallway, a washing machine and a dryer in the utility room. Wifi.
Blankets and pillows can be found for 10. Bed linen can be ordered at an additional cost, therefore not included in the rent. The well-equipped kitchen has versatile crockery as well as a fridge-freezer, integrated hob + oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron and kettle. There is another refrigerator in the sauna building. A barbecue and garden furniture can be found on the
porch. From the holiday
home it is about 5 km to the center of Vuokatti, where there is a grocery store and many recreational opportunities: Vuokatti Areena, SuperPark, hiking trails, swimming pool, escape room, bowling alley, etc. Sotkamoon, where you can find diverse services as well as e.g. Hiking terrain in the area is about 6 km and Katinkultai 9 km
. The
charging route of Vuokatti runs on the opposite shore of the lake, where in winter you can take a ski trail from the shore of the cottage (about 700 m). Before the thick ice, the ski trails can be reached in about 2 km from the main road and, of course, from Urheiluopisto, Hiuka, etc.

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable.
