Kohteen rakennukset vain 10-20 metrin päässä rannasta puroon ja Saimaaseen rajoittuvassa luonnonhiekkaniemessä. 2021 talvella on mökkiin uusittu wc, sauna ja pesutilat sekä terassi ja ulkovalaistusta. Ranta soveltuu hyvin pienemmillekin lapsille. Mökin vieressä on myös puulämmitteinen erillinen sauna ja vanhaan aittaan tehty grillauspaikka. Pihalla lisäksi erillinen sähkölämmitteinen aitta, jossa lisäksi makuupaikat kahdelle. The cancellation must always be sent in writing on the website or to the postal or e-mail address mentioned in the confirmation. Cancellation is valid only when it is notified by the person responsible for the reservation. If the cancellation misses the deadlines or does not arrive, the customer must prove that it has departed according to the instructions and on time. Failure to pay the bill is not a cancellation, but nevertheless gives the owner of the apartment the right to cancel the reservation
. Thepre-paid payment and office costs will be left to the cabin owner or cabin broker who takes care of the bookings upon cancellation. However, if the reservation is cancelled later than 21 days before the start of the holiday, the full price of the holiday will be charged. If the cottage is re-rented, the rent will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of €15
.If the customer or a person living in a joint household with him falls ill, has an accident or dies, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, excluding the advance payment and office expenses. The cancellation must then be notified without delay and substantiated in a reliable manner, e.g. a medical certificate. Cancellations made during the cabin holiday will not be accepted.
The cabin broker or cabin owner may cancel the booking due to force majeure. The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
The advance payment must be made by the due date of the invoice for it.
The final payment is due no later than six (6) weeks before the start of the booked holiday. If the booking is made later than six (6) weeks prior to the start of the holiday, the advance payment and final payment must be paid one time by the due date.
In connection with the advance payment, the potential intermediary will, according to general practice, charge an office fee of 15€ for cottage rentals.
If the prepayment and final payment have not been paid by the due dates specified for them, the cabin owner or cabin intermediary who handles the reservations has the right to cancel the booking.
Comments relating to the invoice must be notified within 10 days of the invoice date.
owner of the cottage will hand over the keys to the guest by phone or in writing at the agreed arrival time at the place indicated on the booking confirmation. Upon departure, the cabin with its furniture and equipment must be handed over in the same condition as it was when the keys were received.
Therental of the cottage holiday includes furniture, equipment in the cottage, blankets, pillows and mattresses, cooking and cutlery, heating, as well as energy for cooking and lighting. Unless otherwise agreed, guests will bring their own bed linen and towels. The customer is responsible for cleaning during and after the holiday, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
If the cleaning has not been completed at the end of the reservation and the owner/guardian of the cabin has to take care of it before the arrival of the next customer, the owner has the right to charge the customer a cleaning fee of, for example, 100€ according to the price list presented in advance.
Camping, camping or using other similar additional accommodation on the grounds of the chalet is prohibited. No more than the number of persons corresponding to the number of beds that was the basis for the reservation may be used for accommodation of the holiday cottage and its territory
.It is forbidden to open fire on the territory of the cottage.
Domestic animals such as dogs, cats or the like may only be brought into the cottage with the different consent of the owner of the cottage.
The renter is obliged to compensate the damage caused to the resort or its belongings directly to the owner of the cottage. If the customer causes a serious disturbance, danger or disregard of the instructions given in the cottage or cottage area, the rental relationship can be terminated immediately and the customer is not entitled to a refund of the rent.
