Booking and payment are made safely through Nettimaksu.

Tight cancellation policy

If the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
Other rental terms

The owner of the cottage will hand over the keys to the guest by phone or in writing at the agreed arrival time at the place indicated on the booking confirmation. Upon departure, the cabin with its furniture and equipment must be handed over in the same condition as it was when the keys were received. The rental of the cottage holiday includes furniture, equipment in the cottage, blankets, pillows and mattresses, cooking and cutlery, heating, as well as energy for cooking and lighting. Unless otherwise agreed, guests will bring their own bed linen and towels. The client is responsible for cleaning during the holiday and the final cleaning is included in the cabin rent. Camping, camping or using other similar additional accommodation on the grounds of the chalet is prohibited. No more than the number of persons corresponding to the number of beds that was the basis for the reservation may be used for accommodation of the holiday cottage and its territory. It is forbidden to open fire on the territory of the cottage. No smoking indoors. Domestic animals such as dogs, cats or the like are not allowed to be brought to the cottage.
