We stay in a wonderful Kelohonka semi-detached house in your own privacy as the only cottage on the road to Pahtapisto, but in the heart of the ski resort. The journey down to Hotel Suomutunturi is 400m and walking to the ski slopes to the top station of the children's lift is 300m
.Upon entering, you will enter a spacious entrance hall with a renovated kitchen and living room with a high-quality Bellus sofa in the same open and airy space. The ensemble is crowned by an atmospheric open fireplace.
Downstairs there is a separate bedroom (door with curtain) with Bellus luxury double bed. The bathroom with toilet is downstairs. From the bathroom there is a passage to the spacious sauna.
Next to the fireplace, you climb a spiral staircase to a child-proof loft. The top of the spiral staircase is twisted with railings up to the ceiling to prevent climbing and falling. Upstairs there are 3 high-quality Bellus beds (low room height) 80cm wide. An emergency escape route has also been provided from the loft by means of an opening window and an emergency exit ladder.
Withwireless internet, you can easily do remote work. In the spacious courtyard you park three cars if necessary and charge your electric car at the time of accommodation for an additional fee of 30 euros (Type 2, 5-7m cord required).
Although it is easy to get to the destination by car, a car-free holiday is also possible with us. VR operates daily services from Helsinki to Kemijärvi and back. Thanks to the contract transport supported by the city of Kemijärvi, you can reach Suomutunturi from

There are plenty of things to see andexperience in the beautiful nature of Kemijärvi. Finland's most wind-protected ski slopes offer skiing opportunities even for demanding professionals thanks to two FIS level slopes. Located at the foot of the slopes of Suomu, you will find a new and modern Hotel Suomutunturi, an equipment rental shop and a restaurant.
The hotel also has conference facilities if needed, as well as a small spa.
