groups.In the apartment, the windows of the entrance floor open to a beautiful landscape of the fells. In addition to the kitchen-living room, one bedroom and toilet can be found on the floor. The master bedroom is located just in its own privacy downstairs. There is also access from the sauna section downstairs to the large terrace and hot tub. The spacious loft is led by wide and sturdy stairs and can accommodate four guests.
There is an illuminated pedestrian path right next to the apartment, which makes it easy to reach the lower station of Syöte or to the top of the fell. In winter, the route is driven by a piste machine to make it downhill.

Booking and cancellation terms
Cancellation must always be made in writing. If the cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the start of the reservation, the full rental fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs earlier than 2 weeks, a booking fee will be charged. If the cancelled period is rented to another customer, the remainder of the difference in rental prices will be refunded.

Payment terms
The
rent must be paid in full one week before the start of the rental period. For bookings during high season, we charge a 30% booking fee.

Delays and compensations
No smoking is allowed in the apartment. It is not allowed to bring a bellows or cart sauna into the yard of the cottage. The rental includes use of the hot tub for 2h/day. It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure that the hot tub insulation cover is closed when the pool is not in use. In winter, you should also take into account that the terrace can be slippery around the hot tub.
The apartment should not hold parties or cause other noise, which may cause inconvenience to neighbors.
