Parvi 25m2, lapsiportti portaiden ala- ja yläpäässä. 2 makuupaikkaa makuuhuoneessa (2 runkopatja sänkyä), 5 vuodepaikkaa (4 runkopatja sänkyä ja 1 lasten sänky) parvella.

Booking and cancellation terms
Cancellation policy:
•28 days prior to the start of booking, refund of paid payment.
•no later than 28 days but no later than 14 days before the start of the stay, the payment paid
will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of EUR 50.
•In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the reservation, half of the amount of the reservation (ski holiday, Christmas, New Year, Easter) will be withheld in high season, minus 150 euros at other times.
•If the customer cancels their booking and leaves the resort before the end of the rental
period, no compensation will be paid for unused time. -
Delays and compensations
In case of illness, you should prepare with travel insurance, where you can apply for reimbursement of expenses already paid and withheld according to the rental conditions.

Damages and deposits
The reservation is obliged to compensate for damage caused intentionally or unintentionally to the accommodation or its belongings during the time of the stay.

The cottage is insured for movable property and real estate. In case of damage, please contact the
