Booking and cancellation termsDuring high season weeks we charge a binding booking fee of 150,00 which is refunded only in case of serious illness or death. The booking fee is deducted from the total rental amount. The rest of the rent is paid before the start of the rental.

Delays and compensationsPets are not allowed on sofas or pads. We reserve the right to charge the tenant $100.00 for any hair removal or other pet caused dirt.
