Located 140 km northeast of Oulu, Iso-Syöte is not only an excellent ski resort with great cross-country and ski slopes.
Apartment 30m2+loft, completely renovated washroom/toilet and sauna, spacious high living room, attic. The cottage includes a washing machine, TV, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fireplace, high chair, pillows/blankets
and dishes for 5 people.Downstairs there are sleeping places for two, so the sofa can be easily converted into a sturdy, high-quality bed with an extra mattress (extra mattress in the pictures behind the sofa). The loft has sleeping places for three people. There is a gate at the top and bottom end of the loft. The tenant must bring their own bed linen
to the cottage.The apartment has its own outdoor storage in connection with the apartment, as well as a parking space in front of the apartment. Behind the apartment is a wonderful barbecue hut and wood can be found in the storage room
.The rental period starts at 16.00 and ends at 12.00, when the apartment must be cleaned (if self-cleaning) according to the instructions.

If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
