Thecottage, which was completed in autumn 2022, is located along Välihuikonen near Iso and Pikku-Syöte in the new Kumpu-Klasse area. The ski slopes of Iso-Syöte are 1.5 km away and the illuminated ski trails can be reached directly from the yard. Iso-Syöte also offers a comfortable environment for snowshoeing, mountain biking and hiking. In summer, Iso-Syöte Bike Park also operates a lift bike track on Iso-Syöte, where it is possible to rent a bike from Syöte
.The modernly equipped Kuurankukka cottage offers an excellent setting for leisure activities. The large windows of the living room offer a view of Iso Syöte, while the kitchen window allows you to enjoy the peaceful forest landscape. The comfort of the cottage is enhanced by an air heat pump, which cools the cabin in hot heat,
keeping the temperature at its set value.The cottage has a wide range of equipment for cooking and a good set of dishes. The cottage has a living-kitchen, bedroom, walk-in closet, loft, toilet, hallway, utility room, bathroom and sauna. The bedroom has a double bed. The loft with window has three beds as well as two loose mattresses with bedding. The cabin has a good internet connection (fiber optic and Wi-Fi) and a good level of equipment such as a washing machine, drying cabinet and 50” smart TV. The rent always includes firewood.
Final cleaning and bed linen can be ordered at an additional cost. The cottage is smoke-free and allergy-free. Pets are not allowed

In order to make your holiday a success, we will follow the following booking and cancellation policy.
Booking Conditions: Kuurankukka complies with the following terms and conditions when ordering, booking and cancelling accommodation services. These terms and conditions become binding on both parties when the customer has confirmed in writing that they confirm the rental by SMS or e-mail, or have made a cabin reservation through Nettimöki
.Cancellations: Cancellations must always be made in writing to the owner of the cottage. If the customer cancels their reservation:
✓ 28 days before the start of the rental period, half of the rent is refundable
✓ Later than 14 days before the start of the rental period, the full rent will be charged.
The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the owner became aware of the cancellation. If the booking is cancelled due to the fact that the customer or their next of kin falls ill, has an accident or dies, the customer is entitled to a refund except for half of the advance booking fee. Cancellation must be made immediately. The reason for the cancellation must be provided with a medical certificate or other
reliable statement to the owner of the cottage.The owner of the cottage has the right to cancel the booking
✓ In case of force majeure, the reservation may be cancelled (e.g. water damage in the apartment)
✓ In this case, the customer has the right to get the rent paid back. If payment for the reservation is not paid on time, the owner of the cottage has the right to cancel the reservation.
Reservation and payment: The reservation is confirmed in writing either by e-mail, SMS or via Nettimöki. Payment must be made no later than 28 days prior to the start of the stay. If the payment has not been paid by the due date, the reservation is
considered canceled.Key Handover:
✓ The cottage has a key compartment next to the front door, where you will receive a code on the day the rental period starts via SMS.
Stay at the resort:
✓ The resort is available to the customer on weekdays from the day of arrival at 4 p.m. to the departure date at 12 noon, unless otherwise stated. The holiday cottage rental includes free use of the holiday home, the customer brings his own bed linen and is responsible for cleaning the holiday home during the rental period and at the end of the rental, unless otherwise agreed. Firewood incl. price.
✓ At the end of the rental period, the holiday home must be handed over in the same condition as it was when arriving at the destination. If, at the end of the rental period, cleaning has not been completed and the maintenance shop has to clean the apartment, a fee (min 100€) will be charged to the renter. The customer is obliged to immediately inform and compensate for the damage caused to the resort and its movable property. Any detected defects and shortcomings must be notified to the owner immediately so that they can
be corrected.
