Lomasyöte is a well-equipped detached cottage completed in 2018 in the vicinity of the centre of Iso-Syöte, only about 300 metres from the slopes. Ski trails and mountain bike trails run next to the cottage. Within walking distance are shops, restaurants, a multifunctional arena and equipment rental. On the lower floor of the cottage (63m2) there is a spacious entrance hall, combined kitchen-living room, toilet, utility room and bedroom with double bed. The spacious loft (20 m2) has sleeping places for four in frame mattress beds and a desk and chair for remote work. The second bedroom is located next to the sauna section, there is a sofa bed spread out as a sleeping place. In the sauna department there is a wonderful sauna with a panoramic window, a spacious washroom and a toilet. There is also access to a secluded backyard with a quality outdoor hot tub. The use of the pool is included in the rent and can accommodate up to 5 adults. Using the hot tub is easy and hassle-free for the tenant thanks to fully automatic heating and cleaning functions. The cabin is equipped with a washing machine, drying cabinet, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, travel cot and high chair. Featured amenities include Internet access, Wifi, and Smart-Tv. The destination is safe with small children: there is a child gate at both ends of the stairs in the loft. After each tenant, the cabin is cleaned and the jacuzzi is serviced by a maintenance shop. Final cleaning 95e is added to the rental price. Bed linen is also available for booking 20e/person without extra charge or 30e extra. The cottage is smoke-free, allergy-free and animal-free. The rental period starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. You can also request an offer for the desired period according to your needs. Reservations for groups of 2-3 people are also taken into account in the rental price. N.B. This is a new destination in the rental and therefore there is a lot of space in the calendar.
