TRANQUIL LOCATION
Quiet location in Iso-Syöte, close to services and activities. Ski trails, a snowmobile trail and summer and winter cycling trails are less than 200 m away. The ski slopes can also be reached on foot. The distance to the slopes is about 600 m

Outdoor hot tub with nature view
When you want to relax, take a dip in a warm bath and enjoy the natural scenery of Syote. The outdoor hot tub for five people is in use all year round.
The use of the outdoor hot tub is included in the cabin rental price.
Bedrooms
In thebedrooms, wood as a wall and ceiling material brings softness and a cottage atmosphere to the rooms. The Scandinavian and minimalist interior creates a peaceful atmosphere and makes the space a place for relaxation and restorative sleep.

Lumovilla has two toilets. One separate toilet downstairs and the other adjacent to the shower room.

Lumov is a modern and stylish, year-round detached cottage designed by an architect, completed in 2020. The front yard has a carport for 2 cars and additional parking spaces in the paved yard.
SKI MORE ECONOMICALLY AS A GUEST OF LUMOVILLA
Lumovilla guests have 2 lift tickets for the duration of the visit at a preferential price: Weekend 80€, 3 days 110€, 4 days 130€, 5 days 150€, Week 180€.
Order and payment when booking a cottage in Nettimök's reservation system.
You can access your lift tickets at Lumovilla from the ticket booth with a key code.
FINAL CLEANING
After each tenant, the cottage is cleaned and the water in the whirlpool is serviced by a property maintenance company. A final cleaning fee of 100 euros is added to the rental price.
BED LINEN
Bed linen and towels are available on request at the time of booking or by calling 0504119082 or by emailing lumovilla14@gmail.com. Price 20€ per person.
