Hawk's Nest 327 - Ski-in-Ski-Out View Apartment with Stunning Views at the Top of Iso-Syöte

Welcome to spend a snow holiday in Haukanpesä in Iso-Syöte! The hawk's nest is located in an incredibly fine spot at the top of the fell, at an altitude of 395 metres. The views from the window are breathtaking and the views open to the long fell valley towards Pikku-Syeste

.

In winter, the apartment is ski-in-ski-out, as the slope can be reached from the end of the housing company through a small strip of forest and can also be accessed from the slope. The nearest ski trails leave from the courtyard of the hotel above. In total, there are up to 120 kilometers of ski trails in Syöte and there is plenty to ski for skiers

of all skill levels.

Facilities:

Our apartment comfortably accommodates, for example, 2+4 families or 4 adults. Number of recommended persons up

to 6 adults.

The total area is approx. 60m2, which includes living room with living room with kitchen and sleeping loft. The living room has a 140 cm sofa bed and 1 single bed. In the loft, a Yankee double bed + two single beds + a crib. All beds have been renewed between 2022-2024

We constantly maintain the apartment so that it is comfortable to stay there. All surfaces have been renovated in 2018, kitchen renovated in 2019, downstairs floor and moldings and sauna stove renovated in spring 2023. There is a small, lockable outdoor storage room for storing equipment.

In

the common areas of the housing company (on the basement floor) there is a common equipment service room, where you can go to lubricate the equipment, for example, in the middle of a holiday. Just bring your own creams with you!

Entrance and parking:

We have made our arrival easy and flexible. You can get key instructions by calling and there is no need to pick up the key from anywhere!

The apartment is available to you from 17:00 and departure no later than 14:00. Arrival and departure times can be negotiated if there are no other reservations for the same day

. Our

apartment has an entrance directly from the outside. There is a dedicated carport and a heating pole for the car. It is convenient to charge electric cars in the courtyard of the hotel Iso-Syöte located above us.

Hotel Iso-Syöte is a short walk away and the stairs used in summer lead to the hotel directly from the property's yard. Guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast at the hotel or relax in the spa. In addition, there is an observation deck on the roof of the hotel, which is

feed area offers great outdoor recreation opportunities. There are 122 km of marked hiking trails and about 150 km of marked cycling trails in the feed National Park. The National Park offers both day hiking opportunities and longer marked hiking trails. The nearest cycling routes leave just a few hundred metres from the top of the fell. In the summer you can also find swimming opportunities in the feed, for example, in front of the Kide Hotel there is a beach run by the city Luppovesi.

Booking terms and conditions

  • Booking and cancellation terms

    I will respond to the booking request by email. The email contains the lease agreement, invoice and driving directions to the apartment. The reservation will be cancelled 3 days after the due date has been exceeded if the payment has not arrived. Before cancellation, the landlord points out the missing performance and gives the opportunity to make the missing payment.

  • Payment terms

    All payments are paid in online banking.

    For 1-night bookings, +30€ will be added to the price

    Booking starts in less than 1 week: due date immediately. Booking starts in 1wk-2months: The rent is paid as a lump sum 5 days after the invoice arrives. For bookings of less than 400€, the rental payment is paid as a lump sum 5 days after receipt of the invoice.

    Booking starts in over 2 months. Advance payment of 25% when booking. Total amount (75%) 2 months before the start of the holiday.

  • Delays and compensations

    The Hawk's Nest is completely pet-free, so leave your pets at home. No smoking in the interior of the apartment. Violation of the ban on pets and smoking is subject to a fine of 300 euros, as the apartment must be cleaned afterwards. The bath tub must not be brought into the property.

  • Damages and deposits

  • Insurance and own risks
