Luxury holiday living in a unique, modernly equipped log ski-in ski-out observation apartment completed in 2020. The apartment is located next to the Syöte National Park, on the slope of Iso-Syöte, the southernmost fell in Finland, in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes and Bike Park trails. From the large windows of the living kitchen and the observation terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of Syöte.
The
fine hiking and day trails of the Syöte National Park are within easy reach and from the cottage's yard you can reach the berry growing grounds and admire the fell nature. In addition to the best mountain bike routes in Finland, it is convenient to move from the cottage to the renewed and expanded Bike Park trails, and at the end of the day to go down the mountain along the bike path back to the cottage at the end of the day. During the winter season, you can leave the courtyard of the apartment along the forest trail to the ski slope and you can also return along the forest trail. Ski trails are within easy reach.
There is an air source heat pump on both floors of the apartment. There are blackout curtains in the bedrooms and upstairs windows. The well-equipped cottage has beds 10+2. Iittala's high-quality coffee and food containers are designed for 15 people. If your party is large, renting both ends of the semi-detached house can accommodate 20 + 2 people in this unit. The passage between the apartments is conveniently carried out through the observation deck.
The
view apartment has an area of 115 m2 and is on two levels. The upper floor is divided into three parts, one of which is a sleeping alcove with a double bed, a large living area in the middle and at the other end there are two interconnecting frame beds and a children's bed. The two bedrooms downstairs have a double bed and one bedroom has separate interconnecting frame beds

Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker (MoccaMaster), electric kettle, toaster, electric mixer, hand blender, waffle iron, Iittala dining and coffee dishes for 15 people, children's dishes sideboard, serving dishes. In the summer season there is a gas grill available

Living room equipment: Smart TV 55" 4K, Tulikivi fireplace (firewood is included in the rent), wireless WiFi network connection.
Equipment for young children: cot, travel cot, high chair, potty, children's tableware, sledges, sliders and bobsleigh, board games, reading, children's gate at the top and bottom of the stairs, TV upstairs.
