Pikku-Syöten Helmi is built on the slope of Pikku-Syöte at an altitude of about 350 meters, offering a flat fell landscape throughout the width of the apartment. Helmi has been completed in spring 2023 and offers a great setting for families, couples and other small groups to spend their holidays.
Syöte offers great opportunities for active holidays and from this cottage you can quickly enjoy the possibilities offered by Syöte. The ski slopes of Pikku-Syöte can be lowered directly from the cottage when they are open and the ski slopes of Iso-Syöte are approximately 4km away. Ski trails and cycling trails are 100m-300m away
.Helme has 6+2 beds. Each bedroom has two beds that can be combined into a large 180cm double bed. The living room has a high quality sofa bed with pillow-top mattress and two extra beds
. In thesauna section you will find a spacious six-person sauna, two rain showers and a Jacuzzi brought from the terrace to the viewpoint, which is always available free of charge to the guests. So you can experience authentic fell landscapes directly from the hot tub.
Quality has been invested in the equipment of the cottage, so that holidaymakers can enjoy everyday luxury carefree.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality household appliances, dishes and other necessary utensils for comfortable dining.
The living room instantly turns into a movie theater with comfortable armchairs and a high-quality home theater system.
The cabin is equipped with an air heat pump, washing machine and drying cabinet. 200Mbit/s Wi-fi and a carport, from which you can carry the rig to the cabin in bad weather.
Forelectric and hybrid drivers, a 22kw type-2 charging station is available at the cottage free of charge. The carport can accommodate even a larger car for protection from the weather
